 Posting on Instagram it is better in the morning or night? In the morning 7:00 am9:00am good to post on Instagram. Everybody checking their phone for what they missed while they were sleeping. After 9:00 am bit drop of engagement to regular work and school hours. The golden hour for posting on Instagram is an hour before sunset and one hour after sunrise.
